Store Policies

  • Inventory Status
    • In stock (can be backordered) means that the item is in stock and if an order exceeds in stock status it will go to backorder.
    • Available on backorder means that the item is not currently in stock and the item will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
  • Repair
    • After repairs have been completed items are stored free for 30 days after completion and first contact (voicemail/text/email).
    • A charge of $5 per week will be incurred starting at day 31 until day 60 for completed work still unpaid.
    • Any repair item not paid for after 60 days will be considered forfeited.
  • Returns
    • 30 Day returns accepted with valid receipt and returned in original condition for store credit. (original condition is described as no tags or plastic removed and no signs of use)
    • All returns are for in store credit only unless item was damaged in transit.
    • Sales items (discounted) are final and not returnable once shipped.
  • Warranties
    • All rods and reels come with manufacturers warranty and vary by manufacturer
    • Products that are damaged after use must go through warranty and can’t be swapped/refunded
      • Please contact the store if any information is needed to either fix or help get your item covered under warranty.
  • Cancellations
    • Cancellations and alterations are accepted within the first 24 hours after order and a full refund will be issued as long as the item has not shipped.
    • After 24 hours the order is only eligible to be converted to in store credit.
  • Kayaks
    • All kayak sales are final once they leave the premises.
